We use a battery analyzer to test your battery's capacity before the reconditioning service and test it afterward to show the improvement.

We will provide a Before and After report in graphical and numerical form.

Note: We will not be able to recondition all batteries. We will test it and let you know if we can't.

We can't recondition your battery if it doesn't meet these requirements:

• If all the cells in the battery are shorted. There will be no voltage ouput and the resistance will be 10 ohms or less.
• If the votltage is below these voltages for the following batteries:
  • 24 Volt Battery reads less than 8.0 volts.
  • 18 Volt battery reads less than 6.0 volts.
  • 14.4 Volt battery reads less than 4.8 volts.
  • 13.2 Volt battery reads less than 4.4 Volts.
  • 12 Volt battery reads less than 4.0 volts.
  • 9.6 Volt battery reads less than 3.2 Volts.
• If you don't have a way to measure these things you can sen it in for us to test.

How to get your NiCd and NiMh batteries Recontitioned:

1. Request Battery Reconditioning by clicking on "Place in Cart" below.
2. Select how many batteries that you want to be reconditioned by changing the number in the "Quantity" field and then press "update".
   
3. Fill out "Ship to", Credit Card info and "billing address" as normal and complete the process until it says "Order Sent".
   
4. Pack and ship (pre-paid) your battery or batteries to:

5. When we finish testing and reconditioning them we will contact you and email a copy of the results and ship them back to you.
6. If we were'nt able to recondition one or all of your batteries we will contact you.

Note: When you check out it will show $5 for shipping. This is for return shipping. We will charge a reasonable rate for Return shipping - what we pay. It's based on weight and your zipcode. We will tell you much it will be when we contact you.
