What about shipping costs? 

Our shipping costs are based on how much it costs us to ship your item(s) to you. We don't add any additional costs such as handleing fees etc. However, we also offer several options on shipping to help you save money.

When should I expect delivery? 

Virtually all our products leave the warehouse by the first business day after you order; many times it's faster than that. If the item is not in stock the product page will say "Contact Us for Availabilit". After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the time, is from three to seven business days within the USA. Sorry, international orders are not accepted at this time.

What about Next Day Air delivery?

Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping are available for an additional shipping charge. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a problem with your Next Day or 2nd Day Air shipment. Please bear in mind that if you need to ship it today you must Place your order before 2:00 PM CST and that it is subject to warehouse inventory.

We will ship your package via Priority Mail as a value added service to our customers in Alaska and Hawaii. Also, we can make this an available option if your package is less than 3 pounds and your UPS shipping cost is more than $3.85.

However you will need your order in by 2:00 PM CST in order to make the same day mailing.

What if I need warranty service? 

Our supplier holds to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of our products are fully warranted by the manufacturer. If by chance you receive a product which is defective, the manufacturer's warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive. If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying UPS.
